On Monday, when we supposed to start UAT, I got a li'l bit of shock seeing so many people in the room.
Everybody looked lost and do not know what are they supposed to do.
Apparently this was a case of lost in translation (note that our project use multiple languages i.e. singlish, japs, indon, cantonese, chinese).
ZK pointed correctly that we probably didn't explain properly on what is UAT.
Seems like ONE person thought that UAT means Users Attend Training.
Yea, you got that rite, ONE person.
Have to give it to him that he can create such chaotic situation single handedly :O
Quoting him:
"To them (users) UAT and training is the same" :O
Well, the users don't think so.. neither do we.
oh well he just repeated his stunt within the same week, which is today!!
